The Federal Trade Commission has issued a proposed rule interpreting a number of provisions in Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003, otherwise known as the CAN-SPAM Act. Attached is CUNA's Comment Call, which provides more information.
