Operations’ professionals are responsible for promoting top-notch member service – often through innovative, cutting-edge solutions. And, one of the hallmarks of the CUNA Operations, Sales, and Service Council is sharing these solutions with your peers.

This year, your Council is proud to introduce the OpSS Best Practice Awards – the perfect way to share your best practice! The award will be granted in one strategic category with first, second, and third place recipients.

So, think about your credit union’s solutions and consider submitting a best practice from one or more of these key areas:

$ Sales – Does your credit union have an innovative approach for creating and cultivating a sales culture? What does your sales management or incentive program look like? What sales tools did you design to assist staff with selling or CRM?

$ Service – What procedures do you use that provide measurable member benefits and enhance productivity? Do you have a great teller line or lobby services? What are you doing differently with e-statements?

$ Call/Contact Center – Does your call center provide outstanding service and set the standard for excellence?

$ Operations – What have you done to increase efficiency through expense control, branch design or use of technology?
