Partners in Operations, Sales & Service OptionsWhy Be a Partner? Look no further. The CUNA Operations, Sales & Service Council has just the program. Our Partners program provides you with an opportunity to show your support while gaining a high-profile image with the country's premier credit union operations, sales & service professionals. Here's a chance to have the attention of more than 200 credit union executives all in one place. Through the Partners program, you'll be able to sponsor popular social events and dynamic educational sessions that give the OpSS Council conference its unique feel and flavor. There's no need to staff an exhibit booth and hope that the right participants stop by. The Partners program allows you to mix and mingle with all participants while showing financial support in a public way. Your support will earn the respect of executives, and the thanks of the OpSS Council through signage, the program guide, and other public recognition. In addition, it will allow you the opportunity to discuss your services/products in detail to a captive audience. Participation in our Partners program will mean a high profile with just the right credibility, attracting the attention of the most influential group of credit union operations, sales & service professionals. Vendors can attend the conference through the sponsorship program by selecting an event and completing the sponsor signup form. How Does The Program Work?We offer FOUR different levels of sponsorship opportunities: PLATINUM | GOLD | SILVER | BRONZE
Partner OptionsEvents marked as "reserved:" 2009 Sponsors have until mid-February to determine whether they will sponsor the same event in 2010. After that date, reserved signs will change to either "sold" or "available." Please contact Bobbi Bischke at (800)356-9655, ext. 4018 for up-to-date information on sponsorship availability.
Display Tables: After you sponsor an event, you may purchase a display for an additional $1000 to use for literature throughout the conference. Space is limited. This option is complimentary with all Platinum Sponsorships. What Activities Are Not Permitted?The purpose of the Partners Program is to provide vendors with the opportunity to support the annual conference and in return receive considerable name recognition and direct networking opportunities. We request that our Partners use good judgment and business practices while interacting with our attendees. Activities or behaviors considered less than productive jeopardize the value of the conference for our attendees and may result in termination of the Partner relationship. No activities may be scheduled at any time that will draw participants away from sessions or other conference activities. Use of the email addresses of the registrants is prohibited without the prior approval of Council Administration. Please email all samples to bbischke@cuna.com prior to distribution. Any activity not sanctioned by the CUNA Councils may not be advertised as part of the Partners Program. The Council reserves the right to prohibit distribution of non-sanctioned materials within the designated conference areas of the hotel. Participation in the Partners Program should not be viewed as an endorsement by the Council. What Are The Deadlines?In order to get your name in the conference materials, sponsorship payment will have to be processed no later than July 31, 2010. Sponsorship is always welcome, but agreements made after that date may not be mentioned in the Conference Program Guide. Payment must be made prior to sponsorships being accepted. We do not guarantee the availability of any opportunity until we receive written confirmation of intent and establish its availability. Payment must be made within 15 days of confirmation. It is best to commit and remit payment early.
